Future-Fit Construction Initiative

Established the Future-Fit Construction Initiative (Jan. 2022), a key program dedicated to resilient building. The initiative trained and certified over 80 artisans, achieving an 80% transition rate into modern construction roles requiring advanced, sustainable practices.

Industry Collaboration (2023)

In partnership with Wood Mechanics Nigeria Limited, Fulham Engineering trained over 400 artisans across North Central Nigeria on modern roofing systems, environmental safety, and sustainability, resulting in a 35% measurable improvement in regional roofing quality.

Government Engagement

In February 2024, Fulham Engineering participated in the Federal Ministry of Housing’s Renewed Hope Estates and Cities launch in Abuja, engaging with key stakeholders on addressing Nigeria’s housing challenges.

Community Health Support

Partnering with Primary Health Care, Apo Resettlement, to support maternal care, immunization, and healthcare access for young girls aged 0–10.

Corporate Governance & Leadership

Fulham Engineering operates under centralized executive leadership, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and professional accountability across all engineering services. Since establishing the company in April 2022, executive leadership has guided multidisciplinary operations, workforce development initiatives, and institutional engagement to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence.
